PALO ALTO, Calif., - Oct. 22, 2007 – mSpot, a pioneer in mobile music and radio, today announced it has surpassed two million paying subscribers, more than doubling its subscriber base in just six months. mSpot will be demonstrating its exciting mobile music services this week at CTIA WIRELESS I.T. and Entertainment in booth #1044 of San Francisco’s Moscone Center.
“Over the past two years mSpot has evolved from breaking ground in an emerging mobile music market to establishing leadership in what is now a multi-billion dollar global industry,” said Daren Tsui, mSpot co-founder and CEO. “We’ve doubled our subscriber base in the past six months, and the majority of these fans are tuning in to our music offerings as we continue to innovate the most compelling portfolio of mobile music services available today.”
